These days depression is accompanied with diabetes. But is not necessary that the person suffering from depression should suffer from diabetes also. But when both the diabetes and depression attacks one person, it creates a very big problem.

The symptoms of this disease can easily show us that the person is suffering from this disease. So it is always necessary for a person who is always depressed should take proper precautions against diabetes.

Depression is really becoming very common these days. Any person of any age can suffer from depression. Depression can be because of many reasons. Many factors can lead to depression.

Women mostly face depression in their pregnancy and children get depressed because of the burden of studies. So basically depression does not need a reason. It can happen anytime at any age.

You all might be knowing about cortisol that is secreted by the adrenal glands near kidneys. It is actually a hormone secreted by the kidneys in every human being but some secrete it in a larger extent than the normal. This is mostly found in depressed persons. Everyone might be familiar with insomnia, a sleeping disorder. When someone is suffering from insomnia, he mostly wakes up in the middle of night and no sleep after then or may be when he goes to bed, from that time only there can be no symptoms of sleeping.
