Insomnia and Depression-How depression leads to insomnia

Everyone might be familiar with insomnia, a sleeping disorder. When someone is suffering from insomnia, he mostly wakes up in the middle of night and no sleep after then or may be when he goes to bed, from that time only there can be no symptoms of sleeping.



Mostly insomnia depression are related to each other. Depression leads to insomnia actually. Whenever the one who is depressed, he faces a lot of problems while sleeping. The one suffering from insomnia generally has the symptoms of fatigue, loss of concentration and obviously very irritated most of the times.

Some medicines are taken to avoid this insomniac depression. Even nowadays, some specific cooking oil is prescribed for the depressed person which also helps in reducing depression.
